"Trash Fish" Tasting

Please join us on May 8th at 6pm in Stone Harbor for the first ever "Trash Fish" tasting at Quahog's Seafood Shack. Socialize, taste new food, learn to eat in a sustainable manner and support The Wetlands Institute. This will be an evening to remember complete with local wines, organic produce, and delicious local seafood prepared by Lucas Manteca of Sea Salt, his partner Carlos Barroz, and several renowned local chefs. Sponsored by us as well as local fisheries and farms.
